I’m Gemma, Founder of New Heights 44 CIC.

 

With years of experience running secure and high-risk placements for young people facing significant vulnerabilities, including criminal and sexual exploitation. My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed practice, and I am driven by the belief that every young person deserves stability, safety, and genuine opportunities to grow.

 

As a mother of five, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and unconditional belief, and I bring that same dedication to every child who enters our care.

My vision for New Heights 44 is to build spaces filled with opportunity, care, and a belief that every child can rise higher than their circumstances.

I’m Siobhan Hatton, a Family Support Therapist and Special Educational Needs Therapist dedicated to supporting children, families, and adults through complex emotional and behavioural challenges.

 

As a SEN mother, I carry both lived experience and extensive professional knowledge, with qualifications in psychology, criminology, sociology, and special educational needs. My background includes years of work in charity services, providing crisis intervention and long-term support for families navigating difficult circumstances.

I am also a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, offering evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and related conditions. Alongside my private practice, I work part-time for the NHS supporting individuals with anxiety disorders. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgemental, and centred on helping clients understand their difficulties while building the tools they need to move forward.

 

I believe deeply that with the right support, healing and meaningful change are always possible.

I’m Zerxes Ginwalla, a Homeopath specialising in gut health, autism, and mental wellbeing across all ages. My interest in natural medicine grew from a deep fascination with the mind–body connection and the potential of holistic approaches to restore balance where traditional methods sometimes fall short.

 

 I trained at the Centre of Homeopathic Education, completed my Postgraduate Diploma at the London College of Homeopathy, and proudly hold membership with the Society of Homeopaths.

My approach is personalised, compassionate, and centred around each person’s unique journey toward wellness. Whether working with individuals seeking emotional support, physical balance, or long-term lifestyle transformation.

my aim is always to provide gentle guidance that promotes healing from the inside out.

I’m James Carson, a journalist of 15 years and a specialist in charity and community media. As someone with lived care experience, I bring authenticity and insight to New Heights 44 CIC, ensuring young people’s voices influence the work we do. My background includes work across newsrooms, youth projects, and community organisations, where I’ve used storytelling and digital creativity to inspire confidence and open pathways for young people who may feel overlooked.

At New Heights 44, I deliver media studies training, helping young people develop practical communication, storytelling, and content-creation skills. My goal is to show them that their voices matter and that media can be a powerful tool for self-expression, opportunity, and personal growth. By empowering them to tell their own stories, I hope to support futures defined not by their past but by their potential.
